The respondent Nos.1 to 2 are allowed to withdraw the amount of Rs.1,04,798/- (Rupees One Lacs Four thousand Seven Hundred and Ninety Eight Only). The amount of share of respondent No.2 be paid to respondent No.1 being his constituted power of attorney. The amount of Rs.17,357/- (Rupees Seventeen Thousand Three Hundred and Fifty Seven Only) be disbursed to appellant with accrued interest.
