Shri A.M. Kukday, learned counsel for respondent Nos.1 and 2, has tendered a copy of the communication dated 20-9-2022 sent by the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Gadchiroli, to the Registrar (Administration), High Court of Bombay, Nagpur Bench, Nagpur.

The communication is taken on record and marked ' A' for identification. The said communication shows that the benefits of One Stage Promotion Scheme as per the Government Resolution dated 6-8-2022 are being extended to each and every employee of Gadchiroli Judicial District.

Thus, the grievance made in the petition to grant the same benefits, which were made available as a part of the Special Action Programme under the Government Resolution dated 6-8-2022, is satisfied. That means, the grievance of the petitioner has now been resolved and nothing remains in the petition. 6.

The petition is, therefore, disposed of as having worked itself out.
