The petitioners have approached this Court since the proceedings before the State Government are not proceedings further.

Pursuant to our order dated 24.2.2015, the learned AGP has made a statement that hearing is fixed on 7.3.2015 and order would be passed within a period of four weeks thereafter.

Statement of the learned AGP is accepted. It is made clear that the respondent State shall pass an appropriate order in accordance with law on or prior to 10 th April, 2015.

In the event if any orders adverse to the interest of the respondent no.3 to 13 is passed by the State, same shall not be given effect for a period of 15 days from the date of passing of the order.
