Heard Shri Narwade, learned counsel for the petitioner and Ms. Khan, learned Assistant Government Pleader for the respondent.

Vide order dated 12.03.2019 passed in Writ Petition No. 2073 of 2019, respondent No. 2 - Education Officer was directed to consider the proposal for approval dated 11.04.2016 to the appointment of Petitioner No. 1 made by Petitioner No. 2 and pass an appropriate order, which was to be communicated to the petitioners. As the aforesaid order was not complied with, present Contempt Petition came to be filed.

Ms. Khan, learned AGP appearing on behalf of the respondent, today filed on record a communication dated 10.02.2021 along with Government Resolution dated 28.01.2019 and submits that as per directions of this Court, the decision has been taken by the Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Yavatmal and proposal for appointment of the present petitioner on compassionate ground came to be rejected.

As the compliance of the aforesaid order has been done, nothing survives in the present Contempt Petition and hence the same stands disposed of. Needless to mention that the petitioner is at liberty to agitate this order of rejection before appropriate forum, if so advised.
