By this application, the applicants are seeking withdrawal of the deposited decretal amount as per the order dated 25/09/2001. The appeal is already disposed of.

In view of reasons mentioned in the application, original claimants are permitted to withdraw the entire decretal amount along with accrued interest thereon. The amount be disbursed to the claimant/ respondent No.1(b) who is Power of Attorney to all the respondents.

Copy of Power of Attorney is filed on record. 5.

In view of that respondent No.1(b) is permitted to withdraw the amount on behalf of all the claimants. The amount be disbursed on due verification and identification.
