Learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that the petition was filed for transferring the petitioner from Nagpur Central Prison to Chandrapur District Prison. She has received instructions that the petitioner has already been transferred to Chandrapur District Prison. Under said circumstance, the petition has become infructuous and it stands disposed of as such.
