Shri Ekre, learned A.G.P. for respondent no. 1 points out that petitioner sought restoration of her position as Corporator from Prabhag No.32-B. She was unseated as her caste claim was invalidated. She had filed Writ Petition No.1502/2004, and Division Bench of this Court had remanded the matter back to the Scrutiny Committee as per its judgment and order dated 15.07.2004.

In present Writ Petition this Court did not grant any interim relief while issuing Rule on

Order 2704wp618.05 18.02.2005. The tenure as Corporator has therefore, expired long back. Writ Petition is, thus, disposed of as infructuous. Rule discharged. No costs.
