Ms. S. S. Jachak, the learned Assistant Government Pleader waives service of notice for respondent No.1.

In terms of the Government Resolution dated 03.03.2015, particularly Clause - 10 therein the petitioner is not required to obtain fresh permission from the State Government, as the Nursing Council has already granted its recognition.

Hence, the respondent No.1 is directed to take into consideration the provisions of said Government Resolution and pass an appropriate order.

Civil Application No.94 of 2020 for amendment is allowed.
