After having heard the matter at length, when this Court was disinclined to grant the relief, the learned counsel for the applicants, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw the instant Application, with a request to direct the learned trial Court to expedite the trial. 2.

The first request can very well be acceded to. However, as regards the second request, the applicants are at liberty to make such a request to the learned Judge of the trial Court, who shall consider the same taking into consideration the pendency on his docket. 3.

Permission to withdraw the Application is granted. The Application is dismissed as withdrawn.
