Clause 3 of the operative part of order in judgment given in Miscellaneous Civil Application (Arbitration) No.291/2016 on 5th May, 2016 is clarified and it is directed that the applicant shall deposit Rs.1,00,000/- and the non-applicants together shall deposit Rs.1,00,000/- with the Registry of this Court as security of fees of the learned Arbitrator. The non-applicants have deposited 4 cheques of Rs.1,00,000/- each. The non-applicants be given back 3 cheques, retaining one cheque of Rs.1,00,000/-. JUDGE Tambaskar.
