This is an application for pre-arrest bail in connection with Crime No. 316/2022 registered with Police Station, Dhad, Tahsil and District - Buldhana. 2.

On 06/10/2023, this Court had granted pre-arrest bail and directed the applicant to deposit Rs. 50,000/- before the trial Court within two weeks. 3.

Mr. N.B. Kalwaghe, learned counsel for the applicant submitted that the applicant has already deposited Rs. 50,000/- on 18/10/2023 and he would be filed affidavit during the course of the day. L ater on 4.

The applicant has filed affidavit along with receipt.
