Heard Shri B.G. Kulkarni, learned Advocate for the petitioner.
The petitioner has made a grievance that the order passed by the University and College Tribunal, Nagpur is not being complied by the respondents.
The petitioner has alternate appropriate remedy available under Section 66 of the Maharashtra Universities Act, 1994. In view of this, I am not inclined to exercise the jurisdiction under the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, for the present.
The petitioner would be at liberty to approach the University and College Tribunal in the matter. The petition is dismissed in the above terms. No costs.
