The matter has been disposed of as per the Lok Adalat award dated 13th July, 2019. As per the consent terms and award, the respondent Nos.1, 2A, 2B, 2C, 3 and 4 are entitled for compensation for open plot at the rate of Rs.300/- per square meter and 25% enhanced compensation for constructed area.

The compensation deposited by the acquiring body be paid or deposited along with accrued interest in the respective bank accounts of respondent Nos.1, 2A, 2B, 2C, 3 and 4.

The civil application stands disposed of.
