It appears that the present appeal is already disposed of by this Court, holding the Insurance Company liable to pay compensation under joint and several liability. It is to be noted that the said Insurance Company was in fact exonerated for the liability of paying compensation by the learned Tribunal. Therefore, the question of paying court fee at the time of filing appeal by the appellants arose. 2.

It appears that the report dated 09.02.2021 filed by the Registrar (Judicial) indicates that the present appeal is filed by the appellants as an indigent person and therefore, there is no question of paying the court fee. 3.

As such, the aforesaid report of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court is accepted and the court fee cannot be demanded from the appellants.

The matter needs no further consideration.
