The respondent has filed on record an affidavit stating that he has received the entire dues. The applicant 2 - Shri Mukesh Mehta has similarly filed an affidavit that he has paid an amount of Rs. 3 lacs to the complainant - respondent in full and final settlement of the dues.

In view of the amicable settlement of the dispute, Criminal Complaint 2754 of 2011 pending before the Court of Judicial Magistrate First Class, Court Number 8, Nagpur is quashed.
