The learned Counsel appearing for respondent nos. 1 to 3 makes a statement that respondent no.1 MIDC has taken a decision to abandon the tender process and recall the same. In support of said contention, he has produced a communication dated 14.02.2024 received from the Chief Engineer, MIDC Nagpur.

Order 2102wp98.24 withdrawn, nothing survives in this petition, hence, by consent of learned Counsel present for the parties, the petition stands disposed as being infructuous.
