The challenge is to the order dated 06-12-2017, passed by the Judge, Family Court 3, Nagpur directing the petitioner to pay interim maintenance of Rs. 5,000/- for respondent 1 and Rs. 2,500/- for respondent 2, who is aged 18 months.

The learned Counsel for the petitioner undertakes to deposit the entire arrears within 30 days. Only in view of the said undertaking, let notice be issued to respondent 1, returnable on 02-04-2018.

Needless to say, if the entire arrears are not deposited within 30 days and proof of such deposit is not
