This is an application for withdrawal of amount of compensation along with the accrued interest, deposited before the reference Court. The Appeal has been disposed of as dismissed.

In view of this, the respondent Nos.1(a) to 1(f) are allowed to withdraw the amount of compensation deposited with the reference Court along with accrued interest. The respondent No.1(a), being the Power of Attorney holder for

2 16-CAF No.951.2024 the remaining respondents, is allowed to withdraw the amount of compensation for himself as well as on their behalf. The reference Court on verification of the Power of Attorney and other documents, shall release the amount in favour of the respondent No.1(a).
