Heard learned Counsel for the applicant to some extent. Perused the investigation papers. Considering the teenage girls are subjected for the sexual assault and the case is of also forcing them for the prostitution, I have shown my disinclination to grant bail. Hence, learned Counsel for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw the application. 3.

The application is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty file after six months, if trial is not commenced.
