Perused the contents of the civil application and heard the learned counsel.

The last line in paragraph 2 on page 3 of the judgment is substituted to read as under :

"The petitioner is stated to be placed in the select list for the post of 'Vidyut Sahayak' that has been published by the respondent no.2 and therefore adjudication of her tribe claim on merits is warranted." Corrections be carried out in the judgment and corrected copy be uploaded thereafter.

The civil application stands disposed of.
