This is an application for grant of bail.

After hearing learned counsel for the applicant to some extent and after going through the investigation papers, considering that a 14 year girl was enticed and seduced for sexual assault and subsequently subjected for sexual assault, I have shown my disinclination to grant bail.

Learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw the application.

Permission is granted to withdraw the present application. The criminal application is disposed of as withdrawn.

The fees of the appointed counsel be quantified as per Rule.
