Shri Yashwant Bagde is directed to handover the entire record which is lying in the bank to Shri Dr. Surendra J. Kharbade within a period of 24 hours from today. Failing which Shri Dr.Surendra J. Kharbade is permitted to take police protection and seize the record from the Office of District Central Cooperative Bank in the presence of the District Deputy Registrar, Nagpur and the General Manager, District Central Cooperative Bank, Nagpur.
The learned Government Pleader is directed to instruct Commissioner of Police, Nagpur to provide necessary police assistance if such an application is made by Shri Dr.Surendra J. Kharbade. The civil application, therefore, stands disposed of.
Insofar as the remuneration unpaid to Shri Yashwant Bagde is concerned, he may apply to the authorities of the State Government. The authorities of the State
CAO109-15 Government should take a decision in accordance with law. If Shri Yashwant Bagde is not satisfied with the decision, he is at liberty to take such steps for recovery of the amount, as permissible in law.
