The petitioner claims to be working as an Assistant Teacher with the School run by respondent No. 2 - Zilla Parishad, Yavatmal since 1989. It is her case that she belongs to the 'Wadar' community which is recognized as Vimukta Jati. Though an order of promotion was issued to her on 13/1/2010, she was unable to join the promotional post on account of disability suffered by her. In this backdrop, the petitioner has made various representations to the Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Yavatmal to consider the said aspect and promote her on the vacant post. One such representation is dated 27/11/2020.

2] In view of aforesaid, the Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Yavatmal to consider the petitioner's representation dated 27/11/2020 and take a decision thereon in accordance with law. Needful be done within a period of four weeks of receiving copy of this order. The decision taken be communicated to the petitioner. 3] With the aforesaid directions, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
