The grievance of the original petitioner is with regard to nonreceipt of the balance amount of compensation pursuant to acquisition of the lands belonging to his family.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that for no justifiable reason, the original petitioner has been deprived of the amount of compensation. In this regard, representation dated 23.02.2022 (page 48 of the writ petition) has been addressed to the respondents by the original petitioner.

In aforesaid facts, interest of justice would be served by directing the respondent nos. 1 and 2 to consider the representation dated 23.02.2022 and decide the same within a period of four weeks of receiving copy of this order.

Needless to state that if the legal heirs of the original petitioner are not satisfied with the outcome of such exercise, they are free to take further legal recourse in accordance with law. 6.
Rule stands disposed of in aforesaid terms with no order as to costs.
