The application was filed for interim stay in view of the fact that there were elections and as according to the petitioner, the respondent No.4 was illegally elected as Director. Therefore, to prevent him to participate in the election, the application was filed which came to be rejected vide order dated 06.05.2022 passed below Exh.5 by the Co-operative Court, Amravati and confirmed by the Cooperative Appellate Court vide judgment and order dated 29.08.2022.

Shri Sadar, learned counsel for the petitioner fairly makes a statement that, the elections are over. 3.
In the circumstances, as the purpose for which the interim relief was sought to prohibit the respondent No.4 from participating the election, has lost its efficacy. C.L.Dhakate

The learned Co-operative Court, Amravati is directed to expedite the Dispute No.71 of 2022 and decide the same within one year from today.
