(Passed on 11.02.2023) The appellant - Insurance Company is present through it's Counsel Shri M. M. Sudame. None present for the respondents. The respondent No.1 is original claimant and respondent Nos. 2 and 3 are formal parties.

The appellant has filed pursis stating therein that the appellant does not want to proceed with this appeal. The appellant make a statement that entire decreetal amount together with interest thereon accrued till the date of depositing the amount has already been deposited in the Court. In view of the pursis, this appeal is hereby disposed of as withdrawn. The respondent No.1 is hereby given liberty to withdraw the decreetal amount.

The requisite court fees, if any, be refunded to the appellant, as per rules.
