Date : 14 th January, 2016 This application is for grant of temporary bail for a period of eight days, starting from 17-1-2016 till 24-1-2016, in Crime No.32 of 2015, registered at Police Station Korchi, District Gadchiroli, for the offences punishable under Sections 409, 420, 477(a) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The matter was listed on 13-1-2016, and the learned APP was asked to verify the factual position in respect of the marriage of the sister of the applicant at Nagpur. The report is received from the Senior Police Station Officer, Police Station Mankapur that the marriage of the sister of the applicant is being performed on 17-1-2016 within the jurisdiction of Police Station Wadi, Nagpur. The wedding reception is at Mumbai on 23-1-2016.

1401ba23.16.odt In view of above, the applicant shall be released on temporary bail immediately upon furnishing a P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.2,000/- along with one or two sureties in the like amount. The applicant shall not leave the Municipal limits of Nagpur and the Gram Panchayat limits of Wadi. The applicant shall not, in any way, be in contact with the prosecution witnesses, and shall not try to tamper with the prosecution evidence. The applicant shall return to the Central Prison on 19-1-2016 by 5 p.m.

The application stands disposed of.
