Learned Addl. P. P. is present for the respondent/State. On 9th December 2020 when these applications we listed on board for hearing, the petitioner who appears in person was absent, but, in instead of dismissing the applications, this Court granted one more opportunity to the petitioner. But, it appears that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing this
(2) 4.Cri.wp.938.2019(D) matter, in spite of having been granted sufficient opportunity to present his case.
While dismissing the original petition, this Court had imposed costs of Rs. Two Lakhs upon the petitioner. This cost has also not been deposited by the petitioner.
In view of above, the applications stand dismissed.
Registry is directed to recover the costs of Rs. Two Lakhs from the petitioner by treating the same as fine imposed in a criminal proceeding.
