DATED : 15 -02-2021 The learned Official Liquidator invited offers from the Chartered Accountants on the panel to undertake the re-conciliation work.

The offer of Mr. C. V. Paturkar, Chartered Accountant is the lowest and the professional fees are quite reasonable as compared to other offers. 3.

The learned Official Liquidator shall issue appropriate assignment order in favour of Mr. C. V. Paturkar, Chartered Accountant as per prayer clause (A). 4.

Considering the circumstances in which amount was transferred, transfer of Rs. 6200/- from the company pool fund account to the personal deposit account is confirmed.

The amount payable to the Chartered Accountant to undertake the work in accordance with the scope of work specified in prayer clause (A) may be paid from the

2 olr 3.2021 company pool fund maintained by the Official Liquidator. 6.

Punjab National Bank, Kingsway Branch, Nagpur and Punjab National Bank, Fort Branch, Mumbai shall cooperate with the appointed Chartered Accountant Mr. C. V. Paturkar and company and ensure that there is no delay in the re-conciliation audit due to any reason attributable to Punjab National Bank.
