Looking to the nature of grievance of petitioner and prayer made before us, we are of the opinion that remedy available to the petitioner is to approach the higher Officer as provided by Section 154(3) of Code of Criminal Procedure, if Police Station Officer, according to petitioner, has not yet taken cognizance. Not only that, petitioner also has a remedy of filing private complaint. We, therefore, dispose of the criminal writ petition with
