The petitioner claims to be the owner of land bearing Khasra No.102-A Mouza-Beltarodi. He had applied for measurement which was undertaken on 20.09.2022. The petitioner has not been supplied with 'K-prat' by the respondent no.2 despite making an application in that regard on 20.10.2022.

In the light of aforesaid, the respondent no.2 is directed to consider the petitioner's application dated 20.10.2022 seeking issuance of 'K-prat'. Such decision be taken on the application within a period of four weeks of receiving copy of this order. 4.

The writ petition is disposed of in aforesaid terms. Rule accordingly. No costs.
