Learned Registrar (Judicial) as per the order dated 10/08/2017 was pleased to refuse registration if the office objections is not removed by the end of 23/08/2017. The office objections pertain to not filing certified copy of impugned judgment. At that time, it could not be produced. 3.

Now the applicant is having its copy. There is a delay of 134 days in filing restoration application. The delay is satisfactory explained. Hence delay is condoned. The proceedings are restored.
