Learned counsel Shri C.A.Joshi for the appellant submits that issued involved in the present matter is covered by earlier judgment of this Court in First Appeal No.38/2010 along with judgment of this Court in First Appeal No.57/2010. However, learned counsel Shri Sachdev for respondent No.2 submits that the present appeal is in respect of village Shioni and award is also different 3.

In this view of the matter, as appeal is of the year 2014 and as paper book has already been filed, the appeal can be disposed of.
