DATED : 28 -02-2019 Limited prayer in this petition is to grant benefit of Notification dated 3.6.2017 to petitioners by giving three months remission on account of 125th Birth Anniversary of Dr. B.R. Ambedkar. Learned Addl. Public Prosecutor apart from filing affidavit in reply, had tendered communication which is a recommendation to grant such benefit to petitioners by the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nagpur. Copy of said communication is taken on record, marked 'X' for identification. In view of same, we dispose of Writ Petition issuing directions to respondents to consider the claim of petitioners for their entitlement for remission as claimed within two weeks from today.
