Hearing was conducted through video conferencing and learned counsel appearing for the parties stated that the audio and quality was clear and proper.
The contempt is filed for non compliance of the order passed in Writ Petition No. 6393 of 2018 dated 19.08.2019, whereby the Scrutiny Committee was directed to decide the caste claim of the petitioner within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of the order.
Learned Assistant Government Pleader on instruction makes a statement that the caste claim of the petitioner is decided on 28.09.2020 and the decision of the Scrutiny Committee is also communicated to the petitioner. In view of the compliance of the order, nothing survives in the contempt petition. The contempt petition is disposed of. No costs.
