By this Petition, the Petitioner has sought a direction to Respondent-Municipal Corporation for removal of encroachment to free the foot path and marginal space in front of the Petitioner - commercial establishment.

The learned counsel for Respondent-Corporation states that cognizance of Petitioner's complaint is already taken and necessary steps are initiated. He states that unidentified persons keep occupying the open space in front of the Petitioner's commercial establishment and long term monitoring is required. 3.
