The petitioner seeks consideration of the representation dated 10.06.2022 made by him to the Tahsildar, Washim in the matter of revenue entries to be taken with respect to subject land. The petitioner has sought to rely upon the compromise decree in Special Civil Suit No.23 of 2002 in that regard.
By the order dated 20.02.2023 the learned Assistant Government Pleader was directed to take instructions from the Tahsildar as regards the time that would be taken to decide the representation.
Today, Shri Amit Madiwale, learned Assistant Government Pleader submits that the Talathi has indicated various deficiencies in the documents on record as well as the difficulties in mutating the name of the concerned parties as requested. That communication has been addressed to the Tahsildar.
In these facts the interest of justice would be served by directing the petitioner to appear before the Tahsildar, Washim and pursue the
943-WP-561-2023.odt 2 representation dated 10.06.2022 by removing the deficiencies indicated therein.
To enable the aforesaid exercise to be done, the petitioner shall appear before the Tahsildar, Washim, on 24.04.2023 and take necessary steps in that regard. The Tahsildar, Washim shall within a period of eight weeks thereafter take a necessary decision on the said representation.
