The learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondent nos.1 to 3 has tendered a copy of communication dated 14.09.2022 issued by the Deputy Director of Education, Nagpur Division, Nagpur to the Headmaster Mahatma Jyotiba Phule Higher Secondary School, Ghatkul, Taluka Pombhurna, District Chandrapur in which the name of the petitioner has now been corrected as "Ashutosh Suresh Kolam".

A copy of that communication is taken on record and marked 'A' for identification.

In view of aforesaid, the respondent no.4 is directed to act in accordance with the aforesaid communication dated 14.09.2022. The respondent no.4 shall take necessary steps within a period of three weeks from receiving the copy of this order.
