The order challenging the present petition is rejection of the application for dismissal of the suit for joining necessary parties. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the suit is filed for partition without joining the three sisters, therefore, such application was filed, which was rejected by one line order.

Be that as it may, the learned counsel for the respondents / plaintiffs would submit that the plaintiffs will join the sisters as parties to the civil suit. In view of the above statement, the petition could be disposed of by accepting the statement of the respondents / plaintiffs. The
