Shri C.A.Babrekar, the learned counsel for the petitioners states that there are several typographical errors in the Writ Petition. It is stated that though the synopsis and annexures match with each other, the petition does not match with the synopsis and annexures. The learned counsel seeks permission to withdraw this Writ Petition, with liberty to file a fresh Petition.
