DATE : 28.09.2015 By this petition, the petitioner challenges the communications of the HPCL, Nagpur dated 15.12.2014 and 02.01.2015, rejecting the candidature of the petitioner for LPG distributorship, for Chankapur (Pota).

It is stated on behalf of the respondent - Corporation that the petitioner has filed the certificate of the Gram Panchayat along with petition though it was not tendered along with the application for grant of LPG distributorship. It is, however, stated on behalf of the respondent - Corporation, on instructions, that the Corporation is ready to consider the claim of the petitioner on the basis of the certificate of the Gram Panchayat. In view of the statement made by the learned Counsel for the Corporation, the learned Counsel for the petitioner states

In view of the aforesaid, we dispose of the writ petition with no order as to costs.
