Heard Mr.N.B.Bargat, learned Counsel for the petitioner and Mr.A.M.Deshpande, learned A.G.P. for respondent nos. 1 to 3.
The learned A.G.P. submits that, inadvertently the explanation asked for vide order dt.27.1.2015 passed by this Court in the present matter has not been furnished. He is seeking time of two weeks to file suitable affidavit. Insofar as extension of time is concerned, Mr.Bargat, learned Counsel has no objection.
In view of no objection given by the learned Counsel, we extend the time, as prayed for. Civil Application No.97 of 2015 is accordingly disposed of.
