Heard.

Applicant is arrested for the offence punishable under sections 307, 323, 324, 143, 147, 148, 149, and 506 of the Indian Penal Code. The co-accused are released on bail. One of the accused is released by this Court in Criminal Application (BA) No.36/2019 on 04.02.2019.

Investigation appears to be completed.

Ms. Udeshi, learned APP has strongly opposed the application.

Looking to the report and counter report lodged by both party against each other. Applicant is entitled for bail. Hence, the following order.

In view of the aforesaid facts, the application is allowed. The applicant be released on bail on furnishing PR bond of Rs.25,000/- with one solvent surety in the like amount on the following conditions.

The applicant shall attend the trial Court on each and every date.

The applicant shall not leave the jurisdiction of trial Court without prior permission.

Breach of any of the conditions, amounts to cancellation of bail.
