The only prayer made by the petitioners is for a direction to the respondent nos.1 to 4 to initiate action against the respondent no.5 on the basis of the report and take appropriate action for the alleged misconduct of the respondent no.5. Mrs. Joshi, the learned counsel for the respondent no.5, states on instructions from the respondent no.5 that the respondent no.5 is suspended from service by an order dated 30.09.2015 pending enquiry and, hence, the grievance of the petitioners should stand redressed.
In view of the statement made by the learned counsel for the respondent no.5, the learned counsel for the petitioners states that the grievance of the petitioners stands redressed.
