DATED :- FEBRUARY 13, 2025 By this application, the applicant is seeking relaxation of condition imposed while releasing the applicant on bail that "he shall attend the police station twice in a week on Monday and Thursday between 10.00 AM to 1.00 PM and shall cooperate with the investigating agency".

Learned APP waives notice for the State and submitted that the investigation is still in progress and applicant is not cooperating though he is attending the police station.

Considering the submission made by the learned APP, at this stage, as the investigation is still in progress, the condition is required to be imposed and the applicant has to attend the police station till filing of the charge-sheet, therefore, no case is made out for relaxation of the condition.

The application is rejected.
