DATED : 21/01/2021 The applicant/appellant has filed this application for early hearing on the ground that he is a senior citizen. Though the appeal is of the year 2012 it is seen that the claim petition was filed in the year 2001, which was arising from the accident in the year 1995. Hence, the Civil Application is allowed.
