This is an appeal challenging the order of acquittal as regards to the respondents in MCOCA Case No.5/2013.

This Court time and again directed the appellant (Informant) to supply the copies for service, however, it has not been complied. Noting non-compliance, this Court vide order dated 21.09.2022 directed the appellant to deposit costs of Rs.3000/-, which were not paid. On the last date, the appellant was cautioned that if he fails to deposit the costs, further necessary orders would be passed.
