This appeal is arising against the order passed below Exhibit 5 in Claim Petition no.958/2006. 3.

Learned Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Nagpur by impugned order directed the owner as well as Insurance Company to pay jointly and severally amount of Rs.50,000/- towards no fault liability.

Learned Counsel for the appellant pointed out during the pendency of present appeal the M.A.C.P. No.958/2006 has been decided on its own merits by the Tribunal, Nagpur vide its judgment and order dated 18.07.2012. He placed the copy of the same which is taken on record and marked as 'X' for identification. 5.
