In view of the statement made on affidavit by the Police Sub-Inspector, Wardha City, District - Wardha, in paragraph 8, it appears that the grievance of the petitioner, as canvassed, is redressed. In paragraph 9, an apology has also been tendered.
In this situation, leaving all other contentions open, we dispose of the present Criminal Writ Petition. No costs.
