The conditional order was passed that if appellant fails to file private paper-book within six weeks', the appeal shall stand dismissed without reference to the Court. Now, appellant is seeking extension of time to file private paper-book on the ground that the relevant documents are not received by the appellant and therefore learned counsel for the appellant requires some time.
